Pennsylvania Pepper
Pennsylvania Pepper
Pennsylvania Pepper is also called pepper seasoning, pepper PA, or pepper blend. This seasoning is popular with our brewpub, seasoning company, and olive oil shop customers.
Pennsylvania Pepper was the second blend we created from scratch when we started Spices, Inc. more than a decade ago. This is one of the most reviewed products on our site, and our customers have said that Pennsylvania Pepper has permanently replaced the ground pepper and peppermills on their kitchen and dining room tables.
Pennsylvania Pepper is one of our signature blends and is regularly shared among friends, family, and is a popular holiday gift for co-workers. We also offer Organic Pennsylvania Pepper.
Flavor Profile
Pennsylvania Pepper has the peppery characteristics you would expect with a piney flavor, citrus-floral top notes, and hints of garlic and onion.
How to Use
Use Pennsylvania Pepper on just about everything. It’s great mixed into grilled burgers and as part of a rub for baked or grilled chicken or fish. Sprinkle some across your scrambled eggs and omelets, or add some perk to green salads. Mix into creamy potato or tuna salad. It can stand up to heat, so add to just about any vegetable you can think of and roast, grill, or steam them. Use it to add a final pop of flavor to the soup before serving.
