How to Use

When using Sweet Tweetie, we recommend one tablespoon of rub per pound of meat. This can be swapped in anywhere you make chicken, so slip it under the skin and season Roasted Chicken, or toss this in the breading when making this Chicken Parmesan Sandwich. Use as the flavoring base when making Chicken and Orzo Soup. Make it the main flavoring and enjoy sweet, Sticky Chicken Wings.

This blend would also be delicious on grilled pork chops or pan-roasted potatoes. Blend into the meat for Turkey Burgers, or season turkey legs, brown the sides, and braise for pulled turkey.

Use to make BBQ, wings, kebabs, chicken under a brick, turkey, pork chops or tenderloin, and mild fish like cod. Toss over roasted carrots or green beans, whisk with shallots and cider vinegar to make a dressing or marinade, and enjoy over potato salad, grilled chicken, shrimp, or vegetable salads, or toss over butternut squash or sweet potatoes and roast until tender.
