Yellow Mustard Marinade is a simple-to-use blend that can be put to work as a marinade or can be added directly to dishes as a main seasoning. It adds zingy earthiness and a terrific, herbaceous essence. It is also called mustard marinade or mustard sauce.

The mustard plant grows easily and can be found in many parts of the world, so it’s been in use in various cuisines for thousands of years, though it’s likely that the ancient Romans were the first to mix ground mustard with a liquid—in their case, unfermented grape juice—to create the ancestor to the modern mustard condiment.

This product is made with yellow mustard, which is the mildest of the mustards. This marinade delivers piquancy, but not a lot of heat. It’s family friendly and can be incorporated into a wide range of foods.

Yellow Mustard Marinade will be perfect for independent spice shops; bar & grill and brewpub restaurants; and sauce and condiment manufacturers.

Flavor Profile

Yellow Mustard Marinade has warmth, sweet aromatic depth, and pleasant, herbaceous bitterness.

How To Use

Use this Yellow Mustard Marinade to make a hearty and flavorful Yellow Mustard Marinade! Mustard and pork are a natural pair, so pour this over some Pork Tenderloin for a surprisingly easy and delicious pairing. Make brunch special by mixing this into a vegetable quiche or into a Bacon and Spinach Frittata. Stir into the batter for earthy, herb-scented Corn Fritters. Mix this into the buttermilk when you make Buttermilk Marinated Grilled Chicken. Rub it over some turkey legs and thighs and make Smoked Turkey. Use it to season Crispy Cauliflower Wings if you want a lot of flavor but not a lot of heat.

Its the bomb Tangy but not overwhelming with mustard flavor..I just finished two bbq pork shoulders in the smoker and shredded it, it was dry rubbed with this spice. It was so good i added more after shredding it. The wife even loved it and shes one picky BBQ critic.
