How does my order ship?
We ship using FedEx. For orders shipping by FedEx ground, we use both of their ground delivery networks - FedEx Ground for commercial deliveries and FedEx Home Delivery for residential deliveries.
Orders shipping to APO and FPO addresses ship USPS. Please call us if you require additional information.
When will my order arrive?
We ship from Pennsylvania and most orders will be received within 1-5 business days, depending on your location. If you need a specific arrival date give us a call and we will gladly let you know what we have to do to get it there on that day. FedEx doesn't deliver on Sundays and Holidays. Saturday delivery is available to some zip codes. After you choose—and before you pay—you can modify the arrival date until it fits the price and time frame that works best for you.
†Same Day Shipping
Orders placed before 3:30pm Eastern generally ship the same day for in-stock orders using either FedEx or USPS.
Please note that our 3:30pm Eastern order cutoff time is a company goal that we do our best to meet on a daily basis. Occasionally there may be situations when we will not be able to meet the shipping cutoff goal.
If you have a deadline to meet and must receive your order by a specific date, we encourage our customers to use one of the FedEx express shipping options such as FedEx Standard Overnight or FedEx 2Day which are given processing priority every day up until 3:30pm Eastern, Monday - Friday.
International Shipping
Currently, we ship spices to all 50 United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands, and APO and FPO addresses.
Shipping to Canada
Unfortunately, we no longer ship to Canada. If you have a freight forwarder in the US we would be happy to ship to that US address, but direct shipping into Canada is no longer an option.

We are committed to ensuring the quickest, most cost-effective way to get your products to you, and we hate high shipping rates when we place orders online as well. We charge an $8.99 flat shipping fee for orders under $75. Orders over $75 will be shipped to you for FREE!* If you are in a big hurry to get your spices, you can choose one of our expedited shipping options — FedEx 2-Day service and FedEx Standard Overnight deliveries. All orders over $75 will ship FREE. We will ship these orders free via FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery. There will be no additional fees on these orders - when we say FREE, we mean FREE! This offer does not apply to any shipments going FedEx 2-Day or FedEx Standard Overnight. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands are not eligible for the free shipping offer. $75 product total does not apply to gift certificates. Orders that are split between two addresses must each total $75 or more to qualify for free shipping.

** What if I want my order shipped to an APO or FPO address?
We owe a debt of gratitude to the men and women of our armed forces and we want to thank those military personnel who are stationed in the US and overseas by offering FREE shipping to APO and FPO delivery addresses. For FREE delivery to these areas, we ship via USPS and these orders can take approximately 10-14 days for delivery. If you are in a rush to receive your order, please call us at (888)762-8642 and we will work with you to make sure that we find the best price and time frame for this to occur.
Can I add on to my order?
Did you forget something? We can certainly add on to an order that you've placed, but we can only typically alter an order if you request a change within the first 30 minutes. After that time, we can either cancel the original order and you can reorder it with all the items including your additional items or you can simply place a second order. That second order will be subject to shipping costs if it is under a $75 total.
