Balsamic Vinegar Powder is a finely-textured, free-flowing powder made from dehydrated, top-quality balsamic vinegar. It is also called white balsamic vinegar powder or dry balsamic vinegar powder. It is only available in bulk sizes of one pound or more. 

To create this product, top-quality balsamic vinegar is bonded to an inert, maltodextrin base. It retains the complex sweet and sour quality of liquid balsamic vinegar, with its light fruity flavor and a punchy, acidic pH of 2.5-3.5.  

This product is gluten free; the maltodextrin base and stabilizer are corn products. It blends easily with other powdered products and dissolves easily in water. 

Balsamic Vinegar Powder is only available in 1-pound bags and larger. It is appropriate for custom blending orders; sauce, snack, drink mix, subscription, and popcorn manufacturers; pizza and salad-heavy restaurants; seasoning companies; and independent spice shops.

How To Use 

This product is only available in bulk sizes. Stir this into custom blend seasonings for a sweet-tart element. It makes wonderful, savory tomato or sweet fruit-based sauces, dressings, and marinades. Toss over chicken, fish, tofu, lamb, or eggplant before grilling. Try over French fries or potato chips, blend into cream cheese, sour cream, or vegan mayonnaise to create a wide range of dips.
