Taco Seasoning
Our no-salt Taco Seasoning blend is family-friendly and suitable for just about any kind of taco you can think of. It is also referred to as chicken taco seasoning, low-sodium taco seasoning, no-salt taco blend, salt-free taco seasoning blend, salt-free taco mix, or taco seasoning bulk.
Tacos as we know them became popular in 19th century Mexico, packed into lunch pails for the workers going into Mexico’s silver mines. It is unclear where the word taco came from, but they affectionately became known as tacos de minero—miner’s tacos. As they gained in popularity, the association with miners drifted away.
