How To Use
Ceylon Cinnamon is great when stirred into fragrant Birria, a Mexican beef stew, or add it to a spicy pot of Chorizo Chili. Stir a tablespoon into a homemade Best Dry Rub for Ribs. Blend it into a warming Masala Chai. Make a rich, sweet-and-savory Cinnamon and Ancho Chile Chocolate Bark with some ground Ceylon cinnamon. Ceylon cinnamon is terrific in ice cream, so make a batch of Homemade Horchata Ice Cream. It shines in custard, so try it in Watalappan, a Sri Lankan cousin of crème brulee.
Try Organic Ground Ceylon Cinnamon with fruits like pears, apples, cider, blueberries, cherries, and oranges. It goes with chicken, pork, beef, lamb, cauliflower, tomatoes, nuts, bananas, carrots, onions, spinach, butternut squash, or parsnips.
