Balsamic and Honey Salmon

Balsamic and Honey Salmon
Balsamic and Honey Salmon

Balsamic and Honey Salmon takes about 15 minutes from start to table. That's faster than running to the local fast food place. This meal takes a few simple ingredients and makes the most of them. There's something almost magical about the way that the honey and balsamic vinegar partner together. It's a bit sweet, tart, and syrupy all at once.

You can remove the skin before cooking, but it's easier to sear the fillet, skin down. The salmon holds together better with the skin on. And if you let it crisp up then it's an additional layer of delicious texture. Make sure there are no attached scales before cooking, because they can be unpleasant to try and eat.
