Espresso Salted Caramel Spice
Espresso Salted Caramel Spice is an invigorating, MSG-free seasoning blend. It is also referred to as salted caramel espresso seasoning, sea-salt caramel espresso spice, or caramel latte seasoning.
We wanted to develop a companion blend to our Salted Caramel Seasoning with a slightly more savory edge. Blending salted caramel with espresso still stays true to the idea of a salted caramel and it’s wonderful for beverages and desserts, but it can also be used as a grilling rub for cowboy-style pork chops or savory winter braises.
Espresso Salted Caramel Spice is a top choice for seasoning companies; independent spice shops; cafes; coffee shops; bar and grill and American restaurants; subscription, coffee and tea, bitters, and syrup manufacturers; catering companies; and bakeries
We also have our original Salted Caramel Seasoning available.
Flavor Profile
Espresso Salted Caramel Spice is deeply earthy and savory, with balanced bitterness and sweetness and a sweep of salt.
How To Use
Espresso Salted Caramel Spice is a brilliant way to flavor Espresso Salted Caramel Tiramisu, or as a flavorful and decorative sauce when making an Espresso Salted Caramel Martini. Or switch it in any recipe that calls for regular Salted Caramel; try it in Affogato and Vanilla Ice Cream, or baked into Glazed Biscotti. It can also stand in when making Flat Iron Steak or a thick cowboy pork chop.
Espresso Salted Caramel Spice goes beautifully in cocktails and desserts. Sprinkle into breakfast food, overnight oats, icings, and glazes. Use in cookies, cakes, scones, muffins, and pies. Add to custards and dessert sauces. Blend into whipped cream, sprinkle over popcorn.
