How To Use

Let it simmer in the stew when making Mole Poblano for traditional mole flavor. Ceylon Cinnamon Sticks go well with fruit, so serve richly-seasoned Spiced Apple and Cranberry Sauce as a holiday side. Steep with vinegar and berries and have Pickled Blueberries as an unexpected, sweet-tart relish. Or simmer with orange peel and cardamom for aromatic Masala Chai—and then pop a new stick in the glass for a delicious way to stir this drink!
