Chimichurri Sauce
Chimichurri sauce is a staple in traditional Argentinian cooking and has had its popularity extended all over South America and has eventually gained ground in the US. Chimichurri has a sweet simplicity and is a lovely marinade or garnish: fresh and vegetal, our Chimichurri Seasoning amplifies the vibrant herbs in this South American favorite with the addition of a little red wine vinegar and olive oil. We added a little heat with some Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, but if you prefer to keep it traditional you could opt for just the seasoning, oil, vinegar, and some fresh parsley and still be left with a fantastic and flavorful sauce.
This sauce would also be delicious used for chicken or roasted potatoes!
