Savory Lemon Sauce
Our Savory Lemon Sauce is an incredible addition to any dish you’d like to brighten up with Mediterranean or summery flavors. Our sauce was developed to be paired with a recipe for Grilled Baby Red Potatoes, but you could also drizzle it over some delicious white fish or grilled chicken breasts.
Complementing the lemon in our dish is an herbaceous bouquet called Herbs de Provence. Despite its French name, this is an American blend developed to capture the flavors of France in one versatile bottle. Herbs De Provence is fresh and herbal, with an interesting floral element from Culinary Lavender. Rather than making the seasoning taste like a sachet, lavender brings an elevated aromatic quality to the dish that makes it feel sophisticated and captivating.
Using unsalted butter and all purpose flour, our vegetable stock was drizzled in to create a basic and versatile vegetarian velouté sauce that showcased our bright lemon flavor.
