Za'atar Spiced Meatballs

This recipe is easy to make and delicious, which makes it a win/win according to our reckoning. Za'atar Seasoning is a Middle Eastern spice blend commonly used with oil for dipping pita or flatbreads or as a main ingredient in hummus. This pungent seasoning is perfect when you're looking too boost your culinary footprint in the kitchen; its complex flavor enhances chicken, fish, and vegetables.

We served these meatballs over whole wheat couscous to make a quick dinner. Pro tip: Make a double batch! They freeze beautifully and are great to have on hand.
