Corn on the Cob Seasoning is an MSG-free seasoning blend. It is also known as sweet corn seasoning, corn cob seasoning, seasoning for corn, or spices for corn.

This is a fragrant, sweet, and slightly smoky blend that balances the inherent sweetness of corn. It is also appropriate to use with various meats and other vegetables.

Corn on the Cob Seasoning is popular with seasoning companies; independent spice shops; olive oil shops; bed and breakfasts; hotel restaurants; manufacturers of juice and meal mixes; and gourmet market shops.

Flavor Profile

Corn on the Cob Seasoning is a salty, crunchy blend of sour orange zest, mellow paprika, and piney black pepper.

How to Use

Drizzle corn on the cob with oil or slather with butter and sprinkle Corn on the Cob Seasoning on top. Take a cue from Elotes and sprinkle with cheese afterward. Use it to season a crunchy, creamy Charred Corn Pasta Salad. Toss into cornbread. Stir into the bread crumb topping when making Skillet Mac & Cheese or the bread coating for Crispy Fish Tacos. This is a great topper for roasted vegetables like zucchini or yellow squash. Use this as a finishing seasoning on unconventional salads like shaved fennel with orange supremes, or toss over thick slices of tomato and drizzle with a balsamic vinegar reduction.

This is a simple and pleasing seasoning blend and it pairs well with corn, vegetables, fish, chicken, pasta, cheese, bread, hummus, beans, or as a base for dressings and marinades.

Wow! This seasoning blend adds some zip to corn on or off the cob. I keep it in the cupboard all year long. It also adds a texture element that is something special.

I really liked it. We have a dairy that sells corn this time of year. I quick blanch it, take it off the cob, then put it in foodsaver bags for the year. I really liked this spice on it. I didnt think our corn could get any better, I was wrong. It was delicious.

How Could Corn On The Cob Get Any Better? The answer: COTC seasoning. better than pepper or salt, this seasoning really pumps up the "corny" essence. Also, the large pieces of various seasoning components add a pleasing crunch. I'm looking to try this with other corn dishes, such as corn pudding, or maybe corn bread.
