How To Use
We decided to make a more traditional Georgian dish with Dry Green Ajika Blend and made Green Ajika Eggplant Rolls, complete with an ajika-laced dipping sauce. Then we made Green Ajika Guacamole for a fun, fusion appetizer. Swap this in as the main seasoning when making the Georgian chicken dish Shkmeruli. Choose this as the main seasoning when making a spicy Greek Salad. Or add to the simmering liquid when making an easy and delicious Sicilian Cod dinner with a Georgian twist.
Dry Green Ajika Blend is delicious with chicken, seafood, tofu, beans, greens, vegetables, and starches like rice and potatoes. Use it for roasts, dressings, salads, soups, dips, stews, braises, and condiments.
