Don't let the name fool you; the Diablo Burger just has enough heat from the seasoning blend to keep you entertained, but it won't cause fiery torment. There's a bit of smokiness, paired with a touch of sweet and some zingy citrus. 

Finish this burger with a fresh baked kaiser roll, lettuce, tomato and our tangy Porter Beer Mustard. Serve it with some Mexican Street Corn or Grilled Home Fries for a zesty plate full of summer.

Instructions:
  1. Heat grill to med high heat.
  2. Form 6 equal size burger patties about 1 to 1 1/2 inches thick. 
  3. Generously coat the burgers with the Diablo Burger Seasoning. If you have time, put the burgers in the freezer for about 20 minutes - this will help them keep their shape on the grill.
  4. Place the burgers on the grill and cook thoroughly, about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  5. Serve burger on bun with lettuce tomatoes and mustard and enjoy!
