Mayan Coco Mugs

Chase away winter chills with a steamy mug of spiced Mayan cocoa. We made ours with regular dairy milk. You can swap in any other alt-milk you'd like, like oat or almond milk. You can also make this with water if you prefer, but It won't deliver the same hearty, rich beverage.

Ingredients:
- 4 cups milk
- 1/4 cup Mayan Coco
- 2 ounces dark chocolate squares
- Whipped cream for garnish
Instructions:
- In a medium to large saucepan heat the milk on medium high until it is warm/hot but not boiling.
- Whisk in the Mayan Coco, continue whisking until the powder is thoroughly combined with the milk.
- Break the chocolate squares into smaller pieces and add to the milk mixture.
- Continue whisking until chocolate is melted and cocoa is warmed to desired temperature.
- Divide between 4 cups, serve warm and garnish with whipped cream.
