Pumpkin Pie Spice Almonds

Ingredients:
- 2 cups raw almonds, whole
- 1 Tablespoon Organic Korintje Cinnamon Powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon Fine Sea Salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Line a cookie sheet with a nonstick silicone baking sheet or parchment paper.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss so almonds are thoroughly coated.
- Spread the coated nuts evenly on the lined cookie sheet.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Allow mixture to cool and serve.
