These almonds are a great snack to enjoy while sitting in front of the fire and enjoying a glass of mulled cider or spiced wine. The flavors of the warm spices and sweet honey make this a delectable treat, while being quick and easy to throw together.

Almonds are a great source of protein, they have high levels of monounsaturated fat (the same type of healthy fat found in olive oil) and riboflavin or Vitamin B2 for energy.

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  2. Use a silpat or line a cookie sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking
  3. Combine all ingredients, except for Sea Salt, in a bowl and toss to coat all the almonds
  4. Spread the coated nuts evenly on the lined cookie sheet.
  5. Sprinkle with the Sea Salt
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes
  7. Allow mixture to cool and serve.
